Reiki Natural Healing 

Reiki is a type of healing art with Japanese roots that is applied through a series of hand positions corresponding with energy centers in the body while resting on a massage table fully clothed.  Reiki is based on the belief that a "life force energy" flows through all of us providing pathways to connect with our own healing energy. 

Reiki is a holistic healing that addresses the body, emotions, mind and spirit resulting in deep relaxation, feelings of clarity, peace and well-being. 

:: Your First Session is DONATION-BASED (pay-what-you-like) ::

To ensure that this healing modality is accessible to everyone, it is my pleasure to offer your first session as donation-based. I am happy to extend this heart-centered service to my community as an open invitation to fully experience the art of Reiki and explore how it resonates with you.

One-hour session includes:

• Brief talk about Reiki and the focus of your session

• Deep-breathing exercise to cultivate peace of mind

• Resting comfortably on a massage table fully clothed on both your back and stomach while a series of gentle hand positions are applied to open energy pathways

• Closing mantra enhancing the self-healing process
